Atelier Faubourg is operated by Blursmith FZC LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, Free Zone.

All services are invoiced and payable in advance. Payment confirms your booking. Accepted payment methods and current rates are communicated at the time of booking.

Any modification or cancellation must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Requests received after this deadline may not be honoured and the session may be invoiced in full.

A style questionnaire is required before the first session. This document is essential for the quality of our service and must be completed before the appointment.

Photos taken during sessions may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes only with the client's explicit written consent. Client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
